Mersino Management Company LLC Sales Representative - Latin America in Auburn Hills, Michigan

  • Implement a business development plan with strong sales strategies specifically targeted to the Latin American Market.
  • Grow the Latin American pump rental sales, both via direct sales or distributor relationships by identifying and establishing target markets within which to acquire new business and expand the existing markets to drive growth in sales and future opportunities.
  • Scour assigned territories for leads, staying on top of the bid spec market, cold calling new prospects, and maintaining long-time clients; establishing and maintaining strong business relationships in Latin American industries.
  • Execute turnkey solutions for pumps and power generators.
  • Execute international projects specific to pump and power generator rentals in industries such as mines, oil and gas including offshore operations, heavy/civil construction, etc.
  • Collaborate with Mersino's administration and operations teams to support Latin American clients.
  • Assist in the delivery of Mersino's pump sales training program to distributors and clients.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop and implement culture specific marketing strategies to increase Latin American product awareness.
  • Immediately respond to customers when they have an issue with any equipment or project by dealing with the challenges head-on and bringing the right resources to the forefront as required.
  • Research, obtain, organize, analyze and report sales/marketing data for assigned territories.
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive business plans for meeting objectives at the beginning of each quarter.
  • Attend industry functions to help promote the image and recognition of the company.
  • Complete the sales cycle by assisting in the collection process to ensure outstanding receivables are collected.
  • Plan and execute ongoing strategic and operational sales planning and activities.
  • Prepare regular and periodic reports detailing performance of assigned territories and accounts.
  • Prepare and submit quotations and reports to senior management and customer representatives.
  • Evaluate financial and sales data and prepare relevant analyses and reports for the assigned territory.
  • Prepare invoices, financial reports, sales reports, and analyses in support of territorial goals and activities.
  • Complete other tasks and responsibilities as identified and as needed.
  • Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in all daily activities.
