Summary of Role:

Responsible for utilizing complex analytical models to derive predictions and make data-driven decisions that influence business outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for utilizing complex analytical models to derive predictions and make data-driven decisions that influence business outcomes. Deep understanding of Supply Chains, right from procurement of raw materials to lead times & packaging and demand fulfilment schedules. Use stochastic modeling, queuing theory, and statistical analysis to optimize supply chain operations and capacity allocation based on demand. Guide the sales team to optimize profits while maintaining strong customer relations. Apply your expertise in statistical methodologies, trend and pattern analysis, linear and mixed-integer programming, nonlinear and combinatorial optimization, network models, and machine learning to derive future predictions and analyze conversion rates in product life cycle transitions. Work closely with the team to set annual business targets for various segments, considering the enterprise's needs and market reach. Conduct complex financial analysis, including P&L balance sheets, cost analysis, profit/contribution margins, to ensure profitable and achievable goals. Develop end-to-end automated solutions for KPI reporting using tools like MS Access, Tableau, and Power BI, and programming languages like SQL, DAX, and VBA. Utilize your expertise in relational database management, including Salesforce, Oracle, and Kinaxis.

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education – Masters’ degree or foreign equivalent in in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field of study.

• Experience – 3 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related role. Must have 3 years of experience in: (1) Data Analytics and Modeling (Python, R, or MATLAB); (2) Tableau, Power BI, or similar; (3) SQL, DAX, or VBA for data manipulation and automation; (4) Database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or Kinaxis); and (5) Project Management. Must have one (1) year of experience in: (6) Cross-Functional Leadership; and (7) Advanced financial analysis.

Salary range: $128,050 - $181,000
