Second generation, family run HVAC company looking for a self-motivated Lead Installer. Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 4 years HVAC experience. * Age 18 or older. * Pass employer drug test. * Current drivers\' license. Duties: * Lead an install crew in installing mini splits, central air systems, repairing ventilation and other equipment. * Providing technical directions and on-the-job training. * Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. * Complying with service standards, work instructions and customer\' requirements. * Assisting with customer queries. * Safely install gas lines, fittings. * Safely and responsibly install refrigerant lines. * Understand safety guidelines of sheet metal fabricating equipment and machine. Hours: * 40 hours per week. * Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Wage: * \$20.00 - \$24.00 per hour, depending on experience, with bonus opportunities. * Depending on experience and/or relocation possible bonus\'s offered. * Company AFLAC and IRA match.
