Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Business Analysis, Critical Thinker.

• Business Process Improvement.

• Data Mapping.

• Policies and Procedures.

• Process Mapping.

• Standard Operating Procedures.

• 6-7 years of experience.

• Strong Writer.

• Financial institution highly preferred, specifically big bank experience.

• AI/Automation experience would be great to add to the design of the CMS of the future.

• Experience with data models is good.

• Content Management System (CMS) experience. Client use OpenText systems. TeamSite is being adopted, currently using Web Experience Management.

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Process Engineering.

• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Process Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

• Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel.
