Details: Job Title: Process Engineer Pay rate: $35.00-$40.00/hr Location: Remote Shift: 1st (MDT hours) Full time, direct job with full benefits 4 month project that may get extended #processengineer #aerospacejobs #nuclearjobs #remote Ideal Candidate: *Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a similar discipline. *Five years of manufacturing experience. *Knowledge of blueprint reading and drafting skills, including basic GD&T. *Extensive experience with 3D solid modeling in SolidWorks. *Skilled with Microsoft Office tools. *Due to the nature of the work US citizenship required. Responsibilities can include: *Write planning documentation for production modifications and engineering changes. *Complete manufacturing and quality planning for projects using the ERP system. *Review Bill of materials for completeness, maintain part hierarchy and drawing/revision number documentation. *Complete disposition, root cause analysis, and corrective actions as necessary for non-conformances. *Create 3D models, fixture drawings, process drawings, weld maps, and inspection data checklists. *Review and disposition Engineering Change Requests. *Participate in and/or conduct Continuous Improvement/Productivity activities with manufacturing personnel. *Participate in weekly customer interactions for project status updates. Desired Skills (Not Mandatory): *Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing is highly desirable. *Familiar with pre-process operations (Ex. - Waterjet, Burn, Rolling, Break Press, Saw, etc.). *Familiar with Large and Precision Machining. *Familiar with Fabrication/Welding (Flux, MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.). *Nuclear industry experience *Skilled with using Infor Visual ERP system If you are interested in this remote Process Engineer job please apply via the 'apply now' link provided.
