Job Title: Facilities Technician

Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Technician for our team!

Shift

Mon-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm is usual schedule...often times after hours and some weekends (none mandatory, voluntary OT/on call).

-only on call requirement is voluntary: can be added to the list and pick time frames.

Pay

$25-$28 (Based on relative experience)

Job Descript

You will be responsible for the maintenance of commercial properties. This includes carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs as per work order requirements. In addition to HVAC duties, the role involves various general maintenance tasks such as electrical work (repairing/replacing switches, ballasts, fixtures, and outlets), plumbing, carpentry, flooring, painting, and more. The role also requires troubleshooting, repair, and installation of building mechanical systems. Our philosophy is 'Everything is a phone call away', ensuring that assistance is always available.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Denver, Colorado.

Work Environment

Our work environment is spread across a few hundred commercial buildings in the Denver Metro Area, including retail outlets, churches, and daycares. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. However, there may be opportunities for after-hours and weekend work. These are not mandatory and are voluntary/on-call. The only on-call requirement is optional: staff can choose to be added to the list and select their preferred time frames.
