Our client, a professional services company, is looking for an AP Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who has 1+ year of experience that wants to join a team where there is exposure to other areas of accounting. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) and located just outside Philadelphia.

Responsibilites:

• Review and post invoices, and credit card transactions
• Reconcile transactions with accounting software
• Handle vendor accounts
• Assist finance departments with projects as needed
• Ensure support for financial records are filed and organized

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years working in a professional services environment
• Knowledge of e-billing portals a huge plus
• Strong expertise in MS Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
