Knowledge and skills required to effectively perform position:•Constructs buildings, offices, work areas, including installation/modification of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.•Operate equipment: (including but not limited to) leaf blower, push lawn mower, shovel, weed eater, push behind snow blower, and tractor with snow brushes.•Ability to read blueprints•Ability to develop project plans and schedules•Knowledge of local and state building codes•Experience using power and non-power tools•Train new maintenance employees•Basic computer skills for data entry and utilizing reports are requiredRequirements: high school diploma or equivalent required, and 6 years relevant experience, including carpentry work, automotive repair, yard work, snow removal and painting.
