Responsibilities

This is a remote position and represents 1 of 4 available roles.

Job Summary / Purpose

This position works closely with technical teams, Google Workplace, for delivery, and operations to ensure the efficient flow of information and data across customers and internal teams. This role functions in a consultative role using advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to implement, upgrade and support communication and training around complex application systems and directly fulfill projects related to ( Video Editing, UxUi, Customer Service Design, and Audio Engineering ).

Examples

  • Partnering with Developers to influence user interface design for internal products.

  • Collaborating with Performance Optimization to support cross functional team connection.

  • Working closely with product management and program management to support interface asset development and campaign planning for product launches.

  • Supporting Instructional Designers and Clinical Content Writers in Web Based Training asset development and advanced video production.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

  • Works with IT staff to integrate processes and optimizations with application systems.

  • Acts as a general internal consultant and communication hub on application initiatives.

  • Serves as a primary technical liaison for roll out of new requirements and issues related to applications.

  • Oversees efforts with key vendors to understand future application product plans in conjunction with IT leadership.

  • Support configuration of applications based on user and vendor requirements on major application environments.

  • Works with enterprise architecture teams to integrate application architecture into enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment.

  • 5+ years required (supporting the outlined responsibilities)

  • 2 or more relevant technical/professional security certifications preferred.

  • Knowledge of systems and application development in Health Care.

Pay Range

$46.96 - $68.10 /hour
