Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Levity:

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with elegance and efficiency, turning potential frowns into lasting smiles.

  • Operations Maestro:

  • Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service flow from the moment guests arrive to the final farewell.

  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service that reflect our high-end brand.

  • Event Coordinator Extraordinaire:

  • Plan and execute special events that blend sophistication with a touch of whimsy, such as wine tastings, themed dinners, and exclusive cocktail evenings.

  • Work closely with the culinary and bar teams to create memorable, high-end experiences that leave guests talking.

  • Training & Development Guru:

  • Train and mentor FOH staff, instilling a sense of pride, professionalism, and a dash of fun in their roles.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our team is always at the top of their game.

  • Financial Savvy & Efficiency:

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with a keen eye for detail.

  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on the quality of the guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a FOH manager in a high-end dining environment (or an equivalent role with a flair for luxury and fun).

  • Exceptional leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills (juggling and joke-telling skills are a bonus).

  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail (you can spot a smudged wine glass from across the room).

  • Superior communication and problem-solving abilities (you could charm the socks off a dissatisfied guest).

Requirements

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Restaurant management experience required

  • Bachelor’s and/or Associates degree preferred not required

  • TIPS certification required

  • Strong customer service aptitude and ability

  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Be an active team player and ability to collaborate across teams
