Dairy Animal Research Technician

It is the home of scientific research and innovation for the last 125 years, where we continually work to unlock the greatest potential of every animal.

This is a permanent fulltime position with benefits working in our Dairy.

This is a milker/runner/floater position responsible for the collection of salable high quality milk from dairy cows and measurements of milk weights along with any required milk samples.

As a runner, this position is responsible for maintaining stall beds, flushing alleys, and movement of cows to and from parlor.

Shift schedule: First Shift, Sunday-Saturday, 4:30am - 1pm

Hourly Pay: $17.35

Required Experience/Education/Competencies:

High school diploma or GED

Ability to lift 50# repeatedly

Preferred Experience:

Animal care experience, livestock preferred
