Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operator to work in Hallock, MN. From: 04/01/2024 to 11/30/2024 Work: 54 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 9 hrs./day. 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Work hours are determined by crop and weather conditions. The workday may begin/end earlier or later on any given day and evening, night hours may be required. Workers may be requested to work additional hours, weekends, holidays, and their Sabbath depending on crop conditions and need. Must Apply By: 08/01/2024 JOB DUTIES: Operate various farm equipment(combines, tractors, farm trucks) for planting, spraying, cultivating, fertilizing and harvesting of crops. Clean, general maintenance of farm equipment. Clean grain bins. Crops: wheat, soybeans, sugar beets. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3 months experience; employment reference; High School Diploma/GED; valid Driver's License; clean MVR; Lift 50lbs. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
