Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operator to work in Hallock, MN. From: 04/01/2024 to 11/30/2024 Work: 54 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 9 hrs./day. 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Work hours are determined by crop and weather conditions. The workday may begin/end earlier or later on any given day and evening, night hours may be required. Workers may be requested to work additional hours, weekends, holidays, and their Sabbath depending on crop conditions and need. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3 months experience; employment reference; High School Diploma/GED; valid Driver's License; clean MVR; Lift 50lbs. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site.
