-Have a Passion for food and a Craft for cooking -Willingness to train and Ability to Cross train -Skills to multi-task and following recipes to create delicious dishes -Perform the Physical demands: remain on your feet for several hours at a time, able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., withstand hot and cold temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop -Must be at least 18 years of age -Culinary education not necessary but is a plus
