Highlights

Community Health Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work in our Center for Advanced Heart Care outpatient clinic located within Community Hospital East. The Center for Advanced Heart Care provides a patient-focused practice, which delivers evidence-based healthcare to aid in patient cardiac management. Qualifications

• Requires the ability to educate patients, families, nursing staff and physicians on medical options and choices of care.

• Must possess the ability to independently evaluate 8-12 patients a day and handle stressful situations

• Ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, flexible, and open to change and new ideas

• Four Ten Hour (Days), later coverage may be needed based on patient volume and needs

• No weekends or call commitment required

Licensure & Certification

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
