ManpowerGroup Customer Technical Support Technician in Irvine, California

Our client, in the Electronic Manufacturing industry is seeking an a Customer Technical Support Technician in the City of Irvine, CA.

  • Job Title: Customer Technical Support Technician

  • Location: Irvine, CA

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

  • Pay Range: $22.00 hourly

What’s the Job?

  • Answers incoming customer calls, e-mail, online requests etc. regarding product problems, technical inquiries and general client concerns

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.

  • Work with development team to rectify persistent issues.

  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers.

  • Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life including product testing.

  • Maintain customer database and process all pertinent paperwork and records.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What's needed?

  • Minimum of three (2) years of experience working in a warehouse-RMA environment.

  • Outstanding attendance and team player with a problem-solving mentality.

  • Average PC skills (Microsoft Office package).

  • Excellent experience performing accurate transactions using an ERP system.

  • SAP and WMS experience is a plus

  • Excellent understanding of required paperwork for international shipments
