This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Kingsford, MI. OVERVIEW Monday-Friday Day time position Weekends off Opportunity for Advancement PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DAILY TASKS Perform day-to-day activities to ensure effective account management Execute Collection Calls to Customers per Company Guidelines Process deposits, enter payments and resolve invoicing issues Assist with customer rate quotes and routing instructions via fax, phone, or email Provide assistance as needed to complete department duties and Company Customer Service DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Excellent customer service skills and attendance Good communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to communicate with well with Customers and co-workers.
