As a Supplies Specialist for the Customer Support Center, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by serving as the first point of contact for customers who request supplies to continue their business operations and providing proactive fulfillment of supplies by utilizing ReadiShip software. In addition to handling customer service calls promptly and courteously, you will be responsible for entering orders, securing ETAs, and verifying that customer needs are met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist customers by phone and electronically, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate resources
  • Analyze client needs, recognize business opportunities, and influence sales volume growth
  • Process supply orders upon customer request
  • Process AutoShip supply orders
  • Track product as requested
  • Log all internal and external customer interactions
  • Recognize and escalate customer issues
  • Follow up with customers and users to complete the resolution of issues
  • Provide training to clients on products installed
  • Train on third-party remote management tools
  • Support sales and administrative staff as needed
  • Assist on special projects as assigned
  • Assist field staff as necessary
  • Serve as a backup for Customer Care Center service personnel by entering in-service calls and ensuring a fast response time
  • Follow standard Customer Support Center procedures
  • Communicate and interact with clients, service, sales, and administrative staff in a courteous and professional manner

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

A Supplies Specialist works in the office and must be able to sit for an extended period of time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree or equivalent with a demonstrated successful work history

Previous customer service or a call center experience is preferred
