As a Field general laborer with our company, you will become part of a team of stellar employees who are highly valued and skilled. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with Millwrights, Fabricators, and other field personnel to complete projects
• Provide a helping hand with Press Brakes, Shears, rolls if working in the shop
• Work safely while in the field completing various tasks on customer sites
• Self-develop and learn the skills needed to advance in the industry as a field employee
• Attend and obtain knowledge in all trainings provided to follow Safety policies
• Be able to work well with other team members
• Become fluent with operating power industrial equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and Aerial Lifts
• Organize and clean your work area at the end of the day

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining company tools while using them
• Participate in the processes of continuous improvement
• Promote a positive working environment in order to achieve the organization's goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, Ability, Education, Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• Various Construction experience is preferred
• The ability to read blueprint drawings is preferred
• Detail oriented and strong math skills
• High level of energy and motivation
• Ability to work flexible hours with some weekend and holiday work when required
• Must comply with QWF core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships among and with employees

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Required -- Valid Driver's license or reliable transportation to the jobsite or shop
