Job Title: Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney

Hybrid schedule: 2 days/onsite in West Los Angeles for case strategy meetings. Offering a hybrid work schedule, employees benefit from the best of both worlds – two days onsite in bustling Los Angeles, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 base salary + lucrative bonuses

Seeking Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience . In this role, you will play a key role in handling all aspects of employment litigation cases, from initial client consultation to resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed in California

• 1+ years of CA litigation experience

• Ability to commute to Los Angeles (90024) 2x per week

• Juris Doctorate
