Basic Job Functions:

The role of the Process Engineer will be to work with the Team on Safety, Quality, Production and Cost improvements throughout the melt shop. The Process Engineer will work collaboratively with the team to refine our process and reach team goals. The successful candidate should be willing to comply with a rotating work schedule working 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, etc. as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a 4-year degree in Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 Years Steel/Manufacturing Experience in an industrial setting. Prior Leadership experience.
