Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in McBee, SC to find anexperienced Customer Service Representative to join their growing team!

The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to engage with customers on behalf of their company.

Responsibilities:

• Offer excellent customer service by providing timely and accurate information to customers

• Provide customers highly technical product information and educate callers on use of interactive software

• Process orders via fax, email, EDI and phone

• Provide sample order/literature fulfillment as needed

• Coordinate product returns

• Maintain proper documentation on orders

• Act as primary contact for key accounts

• Assist customers with product substitution

• Data entry of orders as needed

• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Good communication and people skills

• Experience in a similar work environment

• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision

• Good organizational skills

• Basic computer and keyboarding skills

• Attention to details and follow through

• Ability to interact successfully with all levels within the organization

• High School diploma or equivalent

This position will start at $14.42 an hour with a chance to become permanent with the company.

Pay Details: $14.42 per hour
