Description:

The Process Engineer (Continuous Improvement Specialist) will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing operational excellence initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will provide training to employees on process improvement techniques.

Skills:

Six sigma, Lean manufacturing, Process improvement, Continuous improvement, Engineering, yellow belt, green belt, black belt, assembly process

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

  • Analytical Skills, Process Improvement, and Business Process Improvement skills

  • Experience in operational excellence and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ability to provide training and support to employees

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
