Job Description:

  • Purchase Order Data Entry.

  • Checking prices and tax.

  • Entering Special Prices.

  • Reviewing Hold for Review Report.

  • Communicate Supplier Release Numbers to Locations.

  • Answer Phones.

  • Schedule Shipping of Fertilizer.

  • Customer Service.

  • Enter Customer orders.

  • Accounts Receivable Backup.

  • Accounts Payable Backup.

  • Cost Maintenance Backup.

Key Tasks:

  • Create PO’s for all fertilizer orders from field.

  • Communicate with fertilizer suppliers on pricing and ordering.

  • Manage inventory at division fertilizer terminals.

  • Time collection, aggregation and reporting.

  • Assist in vendor management activities such as facilitating vendor onboarding.

  • Manage payable activities such as coding expenses to the appropriate cost centers.

  • Organize and manage documents.

  • Prepare spreadsheets and reports.

  • Manage and order office supplies.

  • Distribute incoming mail.

  • General administrative support.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Good attendance required.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Two years related experience.

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lift 5 – 10 pounds.

  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office.

  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.

  • Location of Job is Moultrie Georgia.
