Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Senior Manufacturing Systems leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our manufacturing IT landscape by developing and leading strategic programs focused on maximizing efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. You will leverage your expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) to craft data-driven IT strategies for implementation across the organization, working closely with our corporate IT function to ensure seamless integration.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Strong experience in manufacturing systems (MES/MOM), with a strong focus on strategy and process improvement.
Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-site and multi-region successful IT-driven operational programs for manufacturing.
Deep understanding of MES/MOM functionalities, including their strategic value within a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment, including close collaboration with IT teams.


What will be your key responsibilities?
Developing long-term strategic plans for optimizing manufacturing systems including MES/MOM integration and utilization roadmaps, in collaboration with our corporate IT function.
Conducting comprehensive analyses of current manufacturing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to leverage MES/MOM capabilities.
Identify and partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop communication plans and garner support for program initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in manufacturing IT systems and MES technologies, ensuring strategic plans remain future ready.
