Custodian

Mon-Thurs 9 A.M.-6 P.M.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

• Dust and wipe down surface

• Clean windows and glass surfaces

• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs

• Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

• Adhere to company policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Ability to work in the cold for occasional snow removal

• Ability to work in hot conditions when moving event equipment

• Able to walk, bend, crouch, & reach

• Lift up to 50lbs

Benefits and Pay:

• $16.39/hr, paid every Friday
