Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to solve challenging problems and make a difference as a Project Coordinator for Safety Studies. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects, ensuring timely and effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.

  • Schedule and assign tasks internally, monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

  • Oversee testing and implementation of new software technologies;

  • Apply principles of road safety best practices in data QA/QC practices;

  • Coordinate with product and development teams to help them better understand customer requirements 

Skills/Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in business, project management, or a related field.

  • Experience working in an agile startup environment is an asset;

  • Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems with an unclear path forward;

  • Self-starter, results oriented, exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities;

  • Excellent time management, analytical, and problem solving skills;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Humble attitude and willing to learn;

  • Willingness to work overtime
