About the Job

Rubrik Security Cloud (RSC) is designed to secure all customers’ crown jewels - their data and help them get up and running quickly after an attack. RSC protects all customer data - in the data center, cloud, and SaaS with an award-winning user experience.

This position offers an opportunity to own some of RSC's most highly used components: Events and Reports. These are part of our award-winning user experience. Customers use these to keep on top of their cyber resilience operations. You’ll help Rubrik’s customers get their jobs done efficiently and delightfully.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and own the execution of the roadmap, and measure the outcomes and adoption of Events & Reporting framework.

  • Continuously evaluate Events and Reports' customer satisfaction, supportability, and usability to ensure they meet and exceed our standards and objectives.

  • Work directly with customers and prospects to empathize with their challenges, validate and prioritize the solutions that would add the most value to our customers, and communicate the roadmap.

  • Collaborate with engineering, support, design, sales, and marketing teams to build and launch high-quality product experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  • Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories to define product enhancements and rollout strategies.

  • Engage with Sales and Sales Engineering to ensure alignment on product roadmaps, refine feature sets, and ensure customer-driven product development.

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify product features and gaps, making informed decisions on prioritization and trade-offs.

  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market leadership to drive the success of the Rubrik Security Cloud.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have 3+ years of relevant product management experience in similar roles.

  • Proven ability to build use cases with real-world data, communicate effectively through presentations and detailed documentation, and influence decision-making processes.

  • Capacity to foster and maintain effective working relationships with customers and numerous internal stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic work environment

  • Growth mindset - must be obsessively curious and have a strong desire to learn

  • Exponential outcomes - must be focussed on delivering exceptional results.

  • You have demonstrated an innate drive for improvement and a can-do attitude.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US Pay Range

$170,400—$255,600 USD
