DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Workforce Experience Partner, your expertise in applying Design Thinking to Employee Experience, Ambient Employee Listening, Qualitative Data Analytics as well as Strategic Workforce Planning will be used to support our teams working in a global and diverse environment. In this position, you will report to the Global Workforce Experience Leader and will have the autonomy to make this role your own while making an impact on a global level!

Key Responsibilities * Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to understand critical employee interactions and journeys, identifying moments that matter and developing solutions crafted to mitigate pain points and improve the employee experience. * Partnering closely with the People Insights team to analyze qualitative data from Employee Experience mapping , integrate with ambient employee listening data, to create insights advising workforce experience and talent solutions. * Design and facilitate employee experience mapping workshops ; create templates and scalable tools for key partners to use across teams . * Working with the People Insights team to craft and implement our approach to Strategic Workforce Planning. * Supporting enterprise employee engagement program, helping HRBPs and business leaders to understand survey results and implement meaningful action plans * Networking and collaborating with the full HR and Talent teams to ensure business priorities are met e.g., Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, People Insights, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Performance Management, HRIT, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR communications.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree with knowledge in Service Design , Qualitative Research , and Strategic Workforce Planning with 2 + years of proven experience. * Shown experience of analyzing qualitative data and ambient employee listening data. * Proven knowledge and experience of Strategic Workforce Planning * C ross cultural competence and ability to work globally across different cultures and time zones * Advanced MS Office and PowerPoint skills proficiency . Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops in-person and virtually, and present to large groups and executive leadership. * Willingness to participate in occasional travel. * Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential. Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a strong plus.
