Job Title: Product Owner/ Business Analyst

Location: Plano, TX 75024

Duration: 12+Months

Shift: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $63/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end requirements management, from gathering to implementation.

  • Design and optimize processes.

  • Engage stakeholders and manage expectations.

  • Document requirements and facilitate reviews.

  • Manage JIRA epics and support technology partners.

  • Assist User Adoption Team and handle escalations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Product Owner experience

  • 3+ years of experience in transformation initiatives and process re-engineering.

  • Understanding of Financial Services and Anti-Money Laundering processes.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Prior experience with Pega Client Lifecycle Management or AML KYC systems.

  • Familiarity with Agile/SDLC and Waterfall Methodology.

  • Innovative thinker committed to continuous learning and diversity.

Pay Details: $63.00 per hour
