Lockheed Martin Entra ID/Active Directory Operations Support Engineer in Puerto Rico

Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Entra ID & Active Directory Operations Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our enterprise Entra ID (formerly Microsoft Azure AD) and Active Directory environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Entra ID and Active Directory, including service request fulfillment, on-call support and troubleshooting

• Configure and maintain Entra ID and Active Directory settings to meet enterprise security requirements

• Monitor system health and performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions

• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand access needs and implement solutions

• Stay up to date on the latest Entra ID and Active Directory features and best practices

• Maintain a strong understanding of security principles and procedures.

• Patching Enterprise Systems

• OS Deployment across the Enterprise using HP Hardware

• Active Directory support for Unix systems

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

• Demonstrated experience supporting Active Directory and/or Entra ID environments

• Proven experience with user provisioning, access management, and troubleshooting

• Strong understanding of security concepts and principles

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated experience with scripting using PowerShell

• Proficient in Authentication technology such as Kerberos, LDAP, and NTLM.

• Usage of troubleshooting tools such as SPLUNK, Wireshark and Network Monitor

• Proven experience developing and documenting standard operating procedures and infrastructure diagrams

Desired Skills:

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence usage is desired

• Experience with Microsoft Graph is a plus

• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading and delivering IT projects

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $103,100 - $194,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $89,600 - $171,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
