Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

Global Security Services is responsible for coordinating and administrating Firm Wide Physical Security Systems, Program Communications, Control Center Operations; Global Security Vendor Operations. Physical Security/Control Center Manager responsibilities cross a variety of functional areas to include: Global Security project coordination; physical security system operations and maintenance; Home Office, Branch Office, Home-Based Associate and Travel protective intelligence gathering; implementation of communication strategies; compliance/audit support; third party operations and contract oversight; Canada Home Office security systems; coordinating advanced protective intelligence monitoring programs and processes.

What you"ll do...

  • Operational management of personnel to include 24/7 on-site Security Control Center Leaders (2) / Associates (9); and third party Physical Security System Contract vendor (3).

  • Serve as Physical Security Systems Administrator. Systems currently include, but are not limited to:

  • U.S. and Canada Incident Reporting systems

  • PESA (Police Emergency Silent Alarm) for Branch Offices

  • Home Office Access and Fire

  • Everbridge Communications

  • DataMinr Communications

  • Campus Radio

  • Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD)

  • Physical Security System Tracking, Reporting and LifeCycle Maintenance

  • Visitor Management

  • Develop, coordinate and manage the distribution of department communications, and collection of statistical data for department division service receivers.

  • Analyze and Manage Business Continuity planning data, Regulatory and Due Diligence Documentation.

  • Design, develop, and implement efficient reporting and tracking systems that will collect and report key measures and data.

  • Manage physical security inventory and project development for reducing Firm risk.

  • Manage Compliance and Internal Audit support process.

  • Coordinate responses to internal/external event requests for Security services

  • Department expense code development and management of physical security program, and department program licensing.

  • Manage and evaluate performance of third party Global Security vendors.

  • Coordinate privacy request documentation with Legal Division.

  • Assess, develop, coordinate and implement all Global Security physical security equipment projects.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate: $81,750 - $139,191

Hiring Minimum: $81750

Hiring Maximum: $139194

Skills/Requirements

What you'll need...

  • BS/BA degree

  • 10-years of relative experience with increasing levels of responsibility in private security, law enforcement, military or other related fields.

  • Valid driver's license

  • Project management with experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

  • Advanced organizational skills

  • Ability to evaluate and establish priorities, then implement plans to accomplish them

  • Highly collaborative.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills required, including the ability to convey technical

Candidates are expected to work daily on-site in our St. Louis home office location.
