Role description

The opportunity

We seek a Senior Programmatic Operations Manager to support business operations and Demand-Side partnerships, primarily focusing on the Real-Time Bidding Exchanges (Unity Exchange, ironSource Exchange.) This role is pivotal in driving performance and optimizing the integration process for our new programmatic clients and demand-side partners. What you'll be doing

  • Client & Partner Management: Serve as the primary contact for select programmatic clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and strategic insights. Similarly, drive the success of our supply-side partners on the exchanges, ensuring their performance metrics are met and exceeded.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze performance data from our exchanges, identify opportunities for growth, and implement actionable insights to enhance both client success and platform efficiency.

  • Issue Resolution & Technical Expertise: Proactively identify and solve technical and business problems, enhancing platform integrity and client satisfaction. Act as a content guardian, ensuring the integrity and compliance of platform content.

  • Collaboration & Education: Lead educational sessions with partners to maximize their use of exchange demand. Collaborate across multiple functions within the organization to foster knowledge sharing and promote the value of our exchanges.

  • Revenue & Metrics Tracking: Responsible for forecasting, tracking, and achieving key account metrics and performance goals. Develop and present detailed Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to outline successes and areas for further partnership.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced understanding of the programmatic mobile ad marketplace

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Ability to deliver on a personal revenue number while helping the broader sales team reach their goals

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, serving as a problem solver and collaborator across various Unity business functions

You might also have

  • In-app programmatic experience

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, V-lookup, basic formulas), PowerPoint

  • Ability to operate within multiple ad-serving platforms
