ELM Fieldsight, LLC in The Colony, TX is seeking Electrical Engineers 2 to research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use.

Job responsibilities and duties include:

Designs, develops, and tests electrical equipment, components, circuits, or systems.

Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to designs.

Performs extensive testing and validation of designs to ensure reliability, performance, and safety standards are achieved.

Conducts research and studies new technologies to innovate and design solutions or products.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) involving electrical engineering.

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:

1. Design power systems electrical architectures including fault current and over current protection.

2. Create electrical drawings utilizing AutoCAD software.

3. Power systems equipment including batteries, inverters, transformers.

4. NFPA 70 electrical code.
