Lincoln Asset Management Lead Housekeeper in Walla Walla, Washington

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Housekeeper to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Position Overview: As the Lead Housekeeper at Holiday Inn Express in Walla Walla, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and inviting atmosphere during their stay. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain our rooms and public areas, while also delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for an individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish, has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, and can work on weekends and holidays.

Benefits:

  • Pay: $17.50 - $19.50/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet our cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency in cleaning standards.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating housekeeping staff to meet guest demands, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • 3 to 5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
  • Reliable and punctual.
