Responsibilities :
Create Standardized Work
Detect, and fix or escalate abnormalities
Organize Continuous Improvement activities in area
EHS Audits and 6S Audits
Interface between Focus Factory, Operational Logistics and Planning and other departments
Collect, report and monitor KPIs
Monitor if FIFO is always guaranteed
Monitor racks are available when needed according to planning
Support the calculation needed warehouse space in case of trial runs, batches, new programs launching
Ensure obsolete, blocked; sampling and engineering change parts are controlled
Ensure best practices are implemented
Ensure the mobile equipment is utilized, maintained to the optimal level
Monitor the trucks are loaded with right material at right time, within the predefined time window.
Escalate issues in back-flushing and stock transactions.
Ensure inventory accuracy, through physical counts, cycle counts etc.
Coach and train employees in operational logistics area
Lead and manage employees
Ensure the right number of staff is available
Experience:
Degree in Industrial Engineering with focus on logistics or comparable / Warehousing techniques or Logistics training
Work experience in logistics, purchasing, quotations and shop floor
Automotive experience is a plus
